I agree to pass over the duty of care when my child has been signed into Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club by a parent or guardian and I will also collect my child promptly at the end of session. I agree to sign my child in at the beginning and collect my child from the door at the end of each session to ensure the duty of care has been passed over.
