As apposed to doing all apparatus(including bars and beams), this class focuses on mostly floor work such as rolls, cartwheels,walkovers, round offs moving on to preparations for handsprings , somersaults and flips. We also work on basics for different vaults in this class.

This class is very similar to the tumble class we ran previously, the only difference is we've now added in the vault to this class.
